Can I change or switch my order?

Yes you can modify or switch your order within 24 hours of placing it.
To make a change, please email us at support@vaylar.co.uk and include your order number and details of the requested change.

If more than 24 hours have passed, your order may already be processed or shipped, and changes might not be possible.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes — you may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by emailing support@vaylar.co.uk.

After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing or dispatched, and cancellations might not be available. In such cases, you can return the item once it arrives by following our Return & Refund Policy guidelines.

Does cancelling my order cost anything?

No — there are no fees or penalties for cancelling your order within 24 hours.
