We offer a 30-day free return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
After this period, returns will unfortunately not be accepted.

- Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is required to process a refund.

How to Request a Refund:

- Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

- Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Damaged or Defective Items:
Yes we accept damaged or defective items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us with photos of the issue, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges:
Yes, we offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original product for a refund and place a new order.
